Our Wood County Jail is one of only seven out of ninety jails in Ohio that is accredited by the Bureau of Adult Detention. We recently passed our annual state inspection with a perfect score! Housing out of inmates has been decreased from $475.000 per year to $124,000 per year through tight management by Sheriff staff.
